Brian Litchfield founded Transpend Solutions in 2007 after a successful career with United Parcel Service, where he served numerous rules in Finance & Accounting, Customer Profitability, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
​
A native of Metairie, Louisiana and a passionate LSU supporter; Brian has dedicated his life to solving companies complex shipping woes. He has consulted with some of our nation's largest shippers and continues to bring fresh ideas to the space.
​
He is now growing Transpend Solutions to be a leader in not only results-based consulting, but software as a service (SaaS) with the aim of proving the most unique and useful visibility and analytical tools in the industry. He believes that this will be another invaluable asset to companies with the aim of providing real-time fraud prevention, unlimited shipping insights, instant savings, and an in-depth analysis of business health.

Jack Cady is a seasoned professional in the transportation and logistics industry with over two decades of experience in business development.
As an integral part of the founding team of Transpend Solutions, he has been instrumental in its growth and success. With a background in the field and a passion for excellence, Jack is dedicated to helping his clients and colleagues reach their full potential.
A proud Rhode Island native, Jack is a loving father of four grown children and three grandchildren. In his free time, Jack loves playing golf and spending time with his family.

Joe Keane
Partner and Director of Channel Partnerships
Joe Keane is a versatile business professional with a wealth of experience across multiple industries.
​
Prior to his role at Transpend, Joe held several high-profile positions, including COO at the sports apparel manufacturer '47, President & COO at 5.11 Tactical, CFO at Cumberland Farms/Gulf Oil, and Chief Operating Officer at Reebok. He has also served as the Vice President of Brand Licensing for the Americas at Hasbro and held a similar role at '47.

Joe's expertise spans multiple areas, including finance, operations, and brand licensing. He is a visionary leader who can identify market trends and translate them into successful business strategies. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving growth and innovation.

Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
When he is not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations.

Brandon Hanss

As National Sales Manager at Transpend, Brandon manages the strategic vision and direction of the firm’s business development initiatives.
With 15 years of experience, He has a proven track record of leading teams through complex strategic initiatives and activities that drive growth and profitability at both public, privately held and private equity-backed businesses. His expertise lies in identifying and forming strategic channel partnerships and direct collaborations with North America’s leading consumer brands.
Brandon lives in Walpole, Ma with his wife and two sons.
Together they enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, and vacationing on Cape Cod and the Islands.
